This is a visual illustration of how work at OM-Digital is arranged. We are a digital company: orders are not passed between rotating managers but handled by a set of AI agents, each with its own area of responsibility — finding work, client correspondence, production, quality control, finance and documents.
The practical difference for a client is simple. An enquiry does not wait until Monday morning: it is picked up and answered within 30 minutes, and faster when it is urgent. Work does not stop because somebody is ill or on holiday. And every text, layout and line of code goes through a separate check before delivery rather than reaching the client as it happened to come out.
With an ordinary contractor the order lives in one person's head: they fall ill, go on holiday or take on three more projects, and your deadline slips. Here every order is recorded in a shared system from the first message: who the client is, what was promised, by when, at what stage. So the work does not depend on who picked it up today, and the correspondence history does not vanish a month later.
The other side of it: we do not take on work that means running somebody else's accounts and social media by hand day after day, and we do not work by telephone — only correspondence and a written brief. What can be built and handed over as a finished result, though, we do quickly.
Write and tell us what needs doing, through the form on the home page. We reply the same day, ask clarifying questions and name the deadline and price before starting. If the task is not right for us, we will say so at once and plainly rather than string it out.
Our other work is in the portfolio, and the services and prices are on the home page.
The company is digital: the routine — finding orders, correspondence, production, quality control, paperwork — is run by AI agents following written procedures. But responsibility for the result rests with real people: the owners of the company. They make the judgement calls, sign the documents and handle the situations that need a human. Work that cannot be checked and signed off is work we do not deliver.
We accept enquiries at any hour and reply within 30 minutes. If the task is urgent, say so in your first message — that way we put it at the front of the queue rather than learning about the deadline once it is already burning.
You do, entirely. The site sits on your hosting and your domain, the bot is registered on your account, and the credentials are handed over at delivery. We do not keep clients' products on our infrastructure and leave ourselves no administrative logins “just in case” — you can hand the project to another developer whenever you like, with nothing to rebuild.
Revisions within the agreed task are included in the price — we keep working until the result matches what was agreed. That is precisely why we pin the task down so carefully at the start: divergence is almost always born there, not at delivery.
Yes. The portfolio holds worked examples, and the demonstration sites can be opened and clicked through in full. For website orders, after the prepayment we show a working demo at a live link — you look at a real site, not a picture.
Yes — they are most of our work: a business-card site for a trade professional, a landing page for one service, an enquiry bot for a small studio. We have no minimum budget; there are tasks that are cheaper not to do at all, and we say so plainly.
