Public offer

This document is a public offer made by Mikhail Aleksandrovich Grigoriev, sole proprietor (TIN 772601582696, state registration number 326774600507616), hereinafter the “Contractor”, to any natural or legal person, hereinafter the “Client”, to conclude a contract for the supply of services and/or access to digital products on the terms set out below. This English text is a translation provided for convenience; the Russian version at om-digital.ru/oferta.html is the legally binding one.

Payment for a service or product by the Client constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer, in accordance with article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Contractor supplies the following services: copywriting and SEO texts, prompts and AI tools, business analysis and documents, automation and development, website development and SEO promotion, mobile and desktop application development, and also provides access to educational digital products (including the AI Teacher Bot on Telegram). The exact composition, scope and price of a service are agreed individually in correspondence with the Client, or stated on the page of the specific product.

The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Client's payment reaches the Contractor's account. The service or access to the product is provided after payment is confirmed, within the period agreed by the parties (as a rule, within 24 hours).

Prices for services and products are stated on the relevant pages of the site or agreed individually. Payment is made to the account details provided by the Contractor (bank card, bank transfer or another method by agreement). All settlements are made in Russian roubles. VAT is not charged. The Contractor applies the special tax regime “Automated Simplified Taxation System” (Federal Law No. 17-FZ of 25 February 2022).

The Contractor undertakes to supply the service, or access to the product, at proper quality and within the agreed period. The Client undertakes to provide the information needed to carry out the work and to pay the agreed amount. The Contractor may use its own automated tools and AI agents to carry out the work, while remaining responsible for the final result.

The parties are liable for failure to perform, or improper performance of, their obligations in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation. The Contractor is not liable for delays caused by the Client's failure to supply the necessary information in good time.

If the service or access to the product was not provided through the Contractor's fault, the Client is entitled to demand a refund of the sums paid. The refund is made by the same method as the payment, within 10 working days of receiving a substantiated request at the email address given in the “Details” section.
