Inside, 8 AI terminals work by playbooks: request intake, production, the website, correspondence, reports; people — the founders — set the direction and make the money decisions. 12 service lines, clients from 30+ cities, our own apps on RuStore and a training bot. Everything we offer clients runs at our own company first.
One question we chose to answer by doing
In the spring of 2026, two people in Moscow asked themselves a question nobody was answering directly at the time: what happens if you entrust artificial intelligence not with a single task, but with an entire company? Not an email helper, but a complete structure: with departments, procedures, a task queue and responsibility for the result.
Instead of looking for the answer in other people's articles, we tested it on ourselves. That is how OM-Digital appeared in June 2026: a small company where people set the direction and AI employees do all the daily work. The first orders came from freelance marketplaces: texts, bots, scripts. The first mistakes came from the same place and turned into rules. Within a few months the experiment grew into twelve service lines, three apps in app stores and a way of working that we now pass on to other companies.
An office where the lights never go out
The company works around the clock, seven days a week, as long as there is a connection. Every AI employee has its own area and its own procedure, which it knows by heart. A task arrives with one of them, passes through several and comes back to the client already checked.
Coordinator
The single point of entry. Receives tasks from the founders, distributes them between departments and makes sure nothing gets lost.
Secretary
Greets the client, clarifies the task, keeps track of orders and replies within 30 minutes.
Production
Texts, websites, apps, bots, analytics: does the actual work and delivers the result as a file.
Order sourcing
Watches marketplaces and platforms, and bids only where we are sure of the result.
Marketing
Runs our channels and publications so that the people who need the company find out about it.
Finance and law
Counts the money, checks contracts and keeps an eye on tax rules.
Quality control
Checks every result before the client sees it: text, file, image, code.
Internal investigations
When something breaks, finds the cause and fixes the process, not the symptoms.
Every action is written into the company log. It is memory, not bureaucracy: a month later you can open any order and see who decided what, and why.
People set the direction
The people at OM-Digital set the goals and make the decisions that cannot be handed to an algorithm: money, contracts, disputes. They also personally check the results. Every rule in the company was born from a specific case. A client asked for text written by a human, and a living-language standard appeared. A cover went to a marketplace blank, and a mandatory visual check of every image appeared. Our procedures are not written in advance "just in case": they grow out of practice.

Four rules we never break
- Clear about limits. When a task requires manual human work that we cannot guarantee, we say so straight away and offer what we will actually deliver.
- The result belongs to you. The bots, websites and systems we build for clients run on the client's accounts and servers. We do not keep other people's products on our side.
- Quality is checked, not promised. Every text is proofread, every file is opened and checked, every image is reviewed by eye.
- We do what we sell. The staff of AI employees we offer to companies has been working for us since day one.
