Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of users of the om-digital.ru website and the AI Teacher Bot Telegram bot (together, the “Services”) is processed and protected. The Services are operated by sole proprietor Mikhail Aleksandrovich Grigoriev (TIN 772601582696, state registration number 326774600507616), hereinafter the “Operator”.

By using the Services, the user agrees to the terms of this Policy.

Data processing in the Doctor AI mobile application is covered by a separate document — the application privacy policy.

The Operator may collect: a Telegram name or handle and user ID; contact details provided voluntarily by the user (email, phone number); the content of messages sent when requesting a service; and records of the fact of payment (full bank card details are never stored — payments are processed through third-party payment services).

Data is used to deliver the services ordered and give access to digital products, to contact the user about their order, to answer questions within the training course, and to improve the quality of the Services. Data is not passed to third parties except where expressly required by the law of the Russian Federation, or where technical contractors (payment systems, hosting) are needed to run the Services.

The processing described in this section is carried out on the basis of clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (consent of the data subject given by an explicit action — pressing the “Accept” button in the cookie notice on the site) and of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”, as regards the use of cookie technology to collect anonymised statistics. Until consent is given, the Yandex.Metrica counter is not requested and no data is collected; if consent is refused (“Decline”), the counter is not loaded at all.

The om-digital.ru website uses a Yandex.Metrica counter (number 110894800). It collects technical and behavioural data about visits: IP address, browser type and version, screen resolution, referral source, pages visited, time on site and clicks (Webvisor, click map). The purpose is to understand where visitors come from and which pages work better, in order to improve the Services themselves. The data is processed in anonymised form and is not used to identify a specific individual.

Yandex.Metrica data is kept for no longer than three years from the user's last visit to the site, or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. Data submitted directly to the Operator through the contact form (section 2) is kept for as long as is needed to deliver the service, and for at least three years after the last enquiry is closed, for accounting and tax purposes.

Consent to the use of cookies can be withdrawn at any time: through the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer (on pages without a footer, the same link appears in the corner of the screen), which reopens the notice and lets you change your choice; by disabling cookies in your browser settings; or by sending a request to the email address given in the “Contacts” section. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Data is stored in the Operator's protected information systems. The Operator takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Users have the right to ask the Operator for information about the personal data being processed and to request its correction or deletion. A request sent to the email address below is enough.
