What it does
A dog never does anything out of spite — it reacts the way it was taught and the way its perception works. Dercy explains that in plain language and shows what to do about it: how to house-train a puppy, why yanking the lead does not work, how to build a stay, and when it is time to see a vet. Alongside it is a pet diary, so vaccinations, treatments and visits do not have to be held in your head. The reference part fits entirely on the phone: in the countryside, in a forest or on the underground it works exactly as it does at home. And when a standard answer is not enough, there is the AI assistant: describe the situation in your own words — the pocket trainer breaks the behaviour down step by step, the pocket vet assesses the condition from the description and a photo.
What is inside
AI assistant. Two sections — a pocket trainer (behaviour and training) and a pocket vet (health and symptoms, you can attach a photo). One free consultation in each, then a 399 ₽ subscription for 30 days with no auto-renewal
Dog psychology. How your pet sees the world, what it says with its body, where the “guilty look” comes from and why it is a myth
Training and commands. 25 skills step by step, from responding to a name to holding a stay. Reward-based only: jerks and punishment break trust and spoil the skill itself
Breed matching. 11 questions about your home, your routine and your experience — and in return the breeds that will actually live well with you, not a list of “most popular”
Preparing for a dog. What to buy in advance, how to make the flat safe and how to get through the first days in a new home
All about puppies. Sleep, house-training, socialisation, nipping and being left alone in the first months
Dog diary. A pet profile, vaccinations and treatments, vet visits, a training log and reminders for the dates
The reference part works offline. Knowledge, commands, breed picker and diary live inside the app — the network is needed only for the AI Assistant tab
Your records stay yours. Profile, diary and consultation history stay on your phone; only the text of your question to the AI assistant — and a photo, if you attach one — goes to the server
No ads or trackers. The only paid part is the AI assistant subscription, and even that has no auto-renewal: after 30 days access simply ends

Free; only the AI Assistant subscription is paid
The app is published on RuStore — it installs in one click and updates arrive on their own. All six sections and the diary are open right away and free. In the AI assistant (pocket trainer and pocket vet) you get one free consultation per section, then a 399 ₽ subscription for 30 days with no auto-renewal. If you would rather not use the store, the same release can be installed from the file on this page.

⚠️ What Dercy does not do
This is a reference app, not an appointment with a specialist. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment and does not replace working with a trainer in person. If there are signs of illness, an injury or a sudden change in behaviour, see a vet in person; for aggression or severe anxiety, see a trainer face to face — those things cannot be assessed over video.
The terms of use and the privacy policy are on a separate page.
⚙️ How it is built
Flutter, a single codebase for Android. All texts and illustrations sit in the app's assets, so it opens instantly and does not depend on a connection. The pet profile, the diary, the reminders and the consultation history are kept in a local database on the device itself. The network is used only by the AI assistant: the question goes to our server, the answer comes back to the chat, and how many free consultations remain and whether the subscription is active is decided by the server, not the app.
The illustrations and the icon were drawn for this app rather than taken from stock libraries. The release build is signed with our own key — the same one every future update will be signed with.
We build apps like this to order — from the idea and the screen structure to a finished build and store publication: app development.

What is inside the app
A dog breed guide, behaviour psychology, 25 commands, a diary for your pet's vaccinations with reminders for the next date, and an AI assistant — a pocket trainer and a pocket vet. The reference part works offline: in the woods or in the car the app opens just like at home.
A dog trainer's session usually starts at several thousand roubles an hour, and that is justified for serious behaviour problems. But most first-year questions — how to get used to a lead, what to do about chewed shoes, when to give vaccinations — can be worked out on your own. For people still choosing a puppy, the app helps them prepare in advance.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes: all six sections and the diary are open right away, with no ads. Only the AI Assistant is paid — one free consultation each with the trainer and the vet, then a 399 ₽ subscription for 30 days with no auto-renewal.
Is an internet connection needed?
Not for knowledge, commands, breed picker or the diary: the whole database is built in. Internet is needed only for the AI Assistant tab, where the assistant breaks your situation down step by step.
Where is my dog's data stored (profile, diary, vaccinations)?
Locally, on the device itself — profile, diary, vaccinations and consultation history. Only what you yourself write to the AI assistant (and a photo, if attached) goes to the server, so you can get an answer.
Which devices does it work on?
Android 5.0 and newer. It installs in one click from RuStore, or from the same APK file on this page if you would rather not use the store.
How does it update?
Through RuStore it updates itself. The APK from the site has to be downloaded again when a new version appears.
How does this differ from going to a trainer?
A trainer usually costs several thousand roubles an hour, and that is justified for serious behaviour problems. But most first-year questions — how to get used to a lead, what to do about chewed shoes, when to give vaccinations — can be worked out on your own, and the app was built for exactly those. For aggression or severe anxiety Dercy says plainly: that needs a trainer in person, it cannot be assessed over video.
