Which bot your business needs
A Telegram bot is not “another channel” but an employee who replies in 2 seconds at any time of day. It takes a request and forwards it to you, shows the catalogue and collects an order, books an appointment, hands a manual to a new employee, keeps order in a chat. Bots differ not by buttons but by the task: what should happen after a person presses “Start”.
We build bots in Python (aiogram) and, where sensible, on ready-made tools: if the task is solved by configuring Chatkeeper or Telegram payments, we do not write code for its own sake. In both cases the bot runs on your BotFather account and your server — nothing stays with us, and we cannot be switched off by accident.

Chat moderation: when a setup is enough and when you need your own bot
Joining a group after approval, a captcha for newcomers, anti-spam, stop words, time restrictions — Chatkeeper has all of this and it takes 1 day to configure. Your own bot is needed when the rule is non-standard: for example, at night only members with a certain label may write, while the bot replies to everyone else with a notice and deletes the message. How the work goes
- You describe what the bot should do — in your own words, in Telegram or via the form. We ask clarifying questions and name the exact price and deadline.
- We build a demo on our test bot: you go through the scenario on your phone and send remarks. Revisions are included in the price.
- We move the bot to your BotFather account and your server (a VPS from 200 ₽ a month — we help choose one), hand over the code and a manual on “how to edit texts and buttons”.
- For a month after launch we answer questions for free; after that — support from 2,000 ₽ a month or one-off changes.

Where will the bot run and do I need a server?
The bot runs on your BotFather account and your server — usually a VPS for 200–300 ₽ a month, which we help choose and set up. We do not host clients' bots on our servers: this way you do not depend on us, and the bot will not go down if we stop working together.
How long does development take?
A lead-capture bot — 2 days, a bot with logic and a database — 3–5 days, a shop — 5+ days, moderation setup — 1 day. We show the demo before the deadline so that revisions do not push the date.
Can the bot take payments?
Yes: via Telegram payments with YooKassa or another provider, and via Stars. For companies and sole traders the receipt is generated automatically on the provider's side.
Will we be able to change texts and buttons ourselves?
Yes. Texts, buttons and replies go into a separate file or spreadsheet, and the code comes with a manual. If a change requires logic, we make it ourselves as part of support.
Why is a coded bot better than a builder?
A builder is faster and cheaper for simple scenarios, and we use one when it is enough. Your own code is needed when there is a database, CRM and payment integrations, custom rules or load: it does not depend on the builder's plan and fully belongs to you.
