An AI assistant for tax consultants: source research, draft answers and deadlines
The opinion and your position in a dispute stay with you. The assistant takes the preparation: it gathers the statutes, official guidance and case law for the client's situation, drafts the answer with references, calculates the burden across scenarios and keeps every client's deadlines.
What it does
- collects the statutes, official guidance and practice relevant to a specific situation
- drafts a written answer to the client with references to the sources
- calculates the tax burden across several scenarios for comparison
- reminds you of filing and payment deadlines for each client
- maintains a base of recurring questions and completed analyses
What it does not do
- does not give the final opinion on a contested situation
- does not file documents and does not deal with the tax authority on your behalf

What the dialogue looks like
You: A company client on the general regime asks about deducting corporate training costs; the employee left a month after the course. Gather the sources and draft an answer.
Assistant: Pack ready: the relevant paragraph of the tax code, two ministry letters from 2023–2024 with the official position, three cases with different outcomes — one line each. A page-and-a-half draft in your structure; one contested point: the training cost repayment clause in the contract. Flagged.
You: Good. Also calculate for sole trader Sokolov the 6% versus 15% simplified regime on his annual figures.
Assistant: Done: with revenue of 9.4m and costs of 6.1m — the income regime gives ₽564k after the contribution deduction, income-minus-costs gives ₽495k with the minimum tax checked. Table and assumptions ready. Reminder: his advance payment notification is due by the 25th.
What we need from you at the start
- The structure of your written answer to clients — two or three examples of finished analyses.
- A list of clients with their tax regimes and specifics — for the deadline calendar.
- Your sources: which databases and services you use, which official letters you treat as authoritative.
- Rules: what the assistant writes to clients itself (deadline reminders) and what goes only through you.

Frequently asked questions
No. It prepares the pack and the draft for you; the opinion, the position in a contested case and the signature stay with the consultant. The assistant writes to the client only at your decision and only on logistics: deadlines, document lists.
The assistant works with the sources you specified at the start and marks the validity date of each. It tracks legislative changes and lists them for you separately, but the final currency check is yours.
Data is processed within a perimeter we agree with you, with no transfer to third parties; a confidentiality agreement is signed before work begins. The assistant does not file documents and does not deal with the tax authority on your behalf.
Task review and configuration of one assistant — from ₽12,000 (≈ $142), usually 5–7 days. Then support from ₽4,000 (≈ $47) a month if you need changes and new scenarios; without support the assistant keeps working.
