An AI assistant for your profession at OM-Digital: task analysis and setup of one assistant from 12,000 ₽ and 5–7 days, an extra task beyond the basic five from 3,000 ₽, a team assistant from 30,000 ₽, support from 4,000 ₽ a month. 50 professions in the catalogue; a profession not on the list costs the same. Works on your phone and computer and knows your tasks, not “everything about everything”.
Let us take it in order
What a profession-specific AI assistant is and how it differs from a chatbot
An ordinary AI answers the question it was asked. A profession-specific assistant is built differently: it has a written list of your job's tasks, the rules by which it performs them, and a list of what it never does. That is why the result is reproducible — it does not depend on how well you happened to phrase the request today.
You can test whether you need one with a single question: what in your week repeats almost unchanged? For a trade professional it is bookings and reminders; for an accountant, sorting source documents; for a teacher, preparing materials and marking; for a site manager, recalculating quantities. In the reviews we have run, that work took between nine and seventeen hours a week depending on the profession.
Why the list of professions is so long
Because AI is useful far beyond the office, while the conversation about it is usually held as if it were only for marketers and developers. For a chef it works out recipe cards; for a farmer it tracks livestock and orders; for a nanny it helps assemble a lesson plan; for a driver, the route and the paperwork. The tasks differ, the principle is one: the machine gets what repeats, the person keeps what they were called in for.
What the work consists of
- A review of your week: what repeats, how long it takes, where time is lost.
- The assistant's task list — usually five core tasks, more as needed.
- Limits: what it never does and when it passes the question to you.
- Setup in the channel you already use: messenger, email or a spreadsheet.
- A week of running in on real work, and corrections based on it.
- Handover: credentials, documentation and the ability to edit the task list yourself.
Plainly about the limits
An assistant does not replace qualification. For a doctor it prepares documents but does not diagnose; for a lawyer it gathers the relevant rules but gives no opinion on a disputed case; for a trade professional it keeps the diary but does not recommend a treatment to the client. Points like these are written into the configuration before launch rather than left to the model's discretion — and that is the main thing separating a working tool from a toy. Second: for the first week you will be correcting its answers. That is a normal stage and it cannot be skipped.
How long setup takes
Three to seven working days per assistant: a day to review the tasks, two or three to configure it, the rest running in on your real work. Professions from the list are quicker because their typical task set is already documented; a profession not in the list takes a couple of days longer and costs the same.

Why an assistant per profession rather than one bot for everything
A universal assistant answers everybody the same way, and therefore suits nobody. The difference between “AI for business” and an accountant's assistant is that the second one knows which documents close your month and what counts as a discrepancy.
The tasks are documented, not invented
For each profession we go through a real working day and write out what repeats. The assistant is configured around that list, not around a general impression of the job.
The limits are written down separately and firmly
Every assistant has a list of what it never does. For a doctor it does not diagnose; for a lawyer it does not give an opinion on a dispute; for a trade professional it does not set the price. That is written into the configuration rather than left to common sense.
It works where you already work
Phone, messenger, email, a spreadsheet — there is no new complicated program to log into. For the trades that is decisive: an assistant you have to sit down at a computer for simply does not get used.
The configuration stays with you
After handover the assistant runs on your accounts, and you edit the task list yourself — we show you how. We make a point of not keeping other people's products on our side.
