Business automation: spreadsheets, databases, CRM and integrations

We remove manual operations one at a time: reports in Excel and Google Sheets, database queries, requests from the website into the CRM and Telegram. From 1,000 ₽, the result is shown before payment.

Updated: 20 September 2026

In short

Business automation at OM-Digital: Excel automation or a dashboard from 1,500 ₽ and 1–2 days, Google Sheets automation from 1,200 ₽, SQL queries and database work from 1,000 ₽, an API integration of two services from 3,000 ₽ and 2–3 days, connecting a website, CRM and Telegram from 3,000 ₽. Priced per task before the work starts; the result is a working file, script or configured integration with a manual your staff can use without us.

Step by step

What business automation means in practice

Automation is not “implementing a system” but removing one specific manual operation an employee repeats every day: merging three spreadsheets into a report, moving website requests into the CRM, issuing an invoice from form data, sending reminders to debtors. One operation — one script or one setting. It is cheaper, faster and clearer than a “big rollout”.

We start with the question “what do you do by hand and how many times a week”. Usually the first two or three operations are enough to free several hours a day; those get automated first. We pick the tool to match what you already have: Excel and Google Sheets, 1C, Bitrix24 or amoCRM, Telegram, email, your website.

Excel and Google Sheets: what we automate

The most common order is a report an employee assembles by hand from several files: sales by manager, stock by warehouse, bank reconciliation. We build one template file: data is pulled by formulas or a script, errors are highlighted, the total is ready to send. In Google Sheets we add a scheduled script — the sheet updates itself and a summary arrives in Telegram.

SQL and databases

We write queries against your database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MS SQL) for specific questions: who has not bought for six months, which products are loss-making, how many requests came from each channel. We clean duplicates, unify reference tables, migrate data from the old system to the new one with checks.

API integrations: website, CRM, Telegram, payments

A typical chain: a request from the website or a Telegram bot lands in the CRM with the right fields, the manager gets a notification, the customer a confirmation, and the spreadsheet a row for the report. A YooKassa payment closes the deal automatically. Every step is logged so that no request gets lost “on the way”.

How the work goes

  1. You describe the operation you do by hand and send a sample file or access to test data. We clarify the details and name the exact price and deadline.
  2. We build on a copy of your data and show the result before payment: you check the numbers on a real example.
  3. We hand over the file, script or configured integration together with a manual on “how to use it and what to do if…”. The credentials stay yours.
  4. We answer questions for free for a month; after that — support from 2,000 ₽ a month or one-off changes.

FAQ

How much does automating a business process cost?

One operation costs from 1,000 ₽ (an SQL query) to 3,000–4,000 ₽ (an integration of two systems). The price depends on the number of steps and systems in the chain, not on the “size of the company”. We name it after a short talk about the task, before the work starts.

Do I need to buy new software or a CRM?

No. We automate what you already have: Excel, Google Sheets, 1C, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Telegram, email. If a tool is missing, we suggest a free or the cheapest option and explain why it is needed.

Is it safe to give access to the data?

We work on a copy or on test data; we connect to the live system only at the rollout stage and with a separate access you revoke after delivery. We sign an NDA on your template or ours.

What if the process changes in six months?

Every automation comes with a manual and commented code — simple edits can be made by your employee. Complex ones — by us, as part of support from 2,000 ₽ a month or a one-off change.

How does automation differ from AI automation?

Regular automation executes set rules: move, calculate, send. AI automation is needed where the rules do not reduce to a formula — parse a customer email, write a reply, assess a request. They are often combined: a script collects the data, an AI role makes the decision by a playbook.

Which operation should go first?

Describe in the Telegram bot what you do by hand — we reply within 30 minutes, suggest the cheapest way and name the price.
