Copy works not when it reads beautifully, but when it is found by the right query and read to the end.
Copy, product listings and sales scripts
A product listing is priced per item, and the price covers a review of competitors in the category, copy written to the marketplace's rules and a set of keywords. From ten listings upwards the per-item price drops noticeably, because a familiar category goes faster than the first listing, where you are still working the niche out.
Writing copy for a website is not “pouring in paragraphs”. First it becomes clear who reads the page and what they should do next; only then does the copy appear. Sales copy cannot be written without that step: what sells is not elegant phrasing but hitting the reader's actual problem.
A sales script closes cold and warm calls differently, so it is written for one specific team: with the objections your managers hear every day, and with answers they can actually say out loud rather than read off a page. The script comes with an objection map, so a new hire can start working on day one.
A content plan starts with the question of why you are posting at all: to sell, to warm people up or to keep them. Each goal has its own rhythm and formats, so we deliver a month's plan with topics and dates rather than an abstract “two posts a week”. Email works the same way: one message solves one task, and when several are mixed together the reader takes no action at all. An AI copywriter speeds up the draft, but a person still finishes the text — otherwise it comes out smooth and about nothing, and letters like that are not opened a second time.
What copy costs and what the job includes
The price of copy rarely depends on the character count. It depends on how much has to be understood before the first line exists: who is reading, what they already know about you, what they are wary of and what they should do at the end. A marketplace product description and a sales page for a service take very different amounts of preparation, even when the character counts match.
How the work begins
With questions, not with text. Who are we selling to, what has the reader already tried, how do you differ from the company next to you in the results, which objections do you hear most often. If you do not have the answers, that is fine — we will gather some ourselves by looking at competitors in your category. But copy written without that step comes out smooth and about nothing: it touches nobody and therefore sells nothing.
What gets ordered most often
Marketplace product listings, with a review of competitors in the category and keywords chosen to the platform's rules. Website copy where every page has its own job. Sales scripts for a team that hears the same objections every day. Emails and email series, for when you have a list but nothing to write to it. A content plan, so nobody has to invent a topic on the day of publication.
What the price is made of
From the depth of preparation and the volume of revisions. A single listing costs more than each of ten in the same category: the first one is a study of the niche, the rest follow a pattern you already understand. Copy for an industry we do not know takes time to learn, and we build that time into the estimate rather than making it up later on quality.
How long it takes
A product listing takes a day. A website page takes two or three, including agreeing the structure. An email series takes a week. A sales script takes from three days, because it has to be tested against your managers' real objections, not just written.
Revisions: how many and where the line is
Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. One is usually enough: if the structure was agreed before writing, what changes is the wording, not the meaning. If it turns out after delivery that the task was a different one, that is new work rather than a revision, and we will say so plainly instead of rewriting the same text in circles.
What you get at the end
The copy in a file, ready to publish, with no “fill this in yourself” notes. Listings come with the keywords chosen. Emails come with subject lines and preheaders. Scripts come with an objection map, so a new hire can start working on day one.
Where to start
Send us a link to whatever already exists: the site, a listing, an old newsletter. It shows more than a description of the task, and the answer on price and deadline will be exact rather than approximate.
Frequently asked questions
Can you rewrite copy that already exists? Yes, and it is often cheaper than starting from scratch: the structure usually works and what sags is the specifics — general words instead of numbers, promises instead of facts. We will look and say plainly if there is nothing to rewrite and starting over would be simpler.
Do you guarantee a rise in sales? No, and we will not. Copy is responsible for making sure that a person who reached the page understands the offer and does not go on looking. Whether they arrive at all depends on traffic and price; whether they buy again depends on the product. Promising sales from copy alone means promising somebody else's part of the job.
Do you work with niche industries? We do, but we build in time to learn the field and say so in advance. If a subject needs specialist expertise we do not have, we will tell you at once rather than discover it midway.
Frequently asked questions
Is the copy written by a person or by AI?
A specialist writes and proofreads the copy. We are asked this often, and it is a fair question: template text is obvious at once — the same turns of phrase, padding, no specifics. We proofread every piece by hand before sending and strip those patterns out, and where needed we check originality and send you the report.
What does copy cost and what drives the price?
The price depends on the type of material and how deep we have to go: a product listing, an SEO article, a commercial proposal and an email series are different amounts of work. We quote before starting, once we understand the task. If the scope turns out larger than described, we say so immediately and name the extra cost rather than adding it to the invoice silently.
How quickly will it be ready?
A short piece comes the next day, an article or a commercial proposal in two or three days, an email series in a week. We deliberately do not deliver an hour after the order, even when the work is done: copy needs to sit and then be proofread with a fresh eye, otherwise it keeps the rough edges the author has stopped noticing.
What if the copy is not right?
We revise to your notes within the agreed task, free of charge. If it still is not right after revisions, we talk it through: sometimes what diverged was expectations rather than quality, and then refunding is fairer than arguing. We have had exactly that case — the money was returned in full.
Will you run our social media accounts?
We do not take on running other people's accounts: that needs daily manual work and access to your pages. We produce the content turnkey — posts, recurring formats, a publishing plan — and you post it yourselves. We say this up front, before the work starts.
Will the copy pass an originality check?
Yes — where needed we check and send the report. But something else matters more: a score for originality and usefulness to the reader are different things. Copy stuffed with keywords to hit a percentage sells worse than copy written for a person, and we bet on the latter.
