An AI assistant for marketplace managers: listings, reviews and stock under control
Assortment and pricing are your decisions. The assistant takes what there is always more of than time: filling in listings, answering reviews and questions, monitoring stock and the sales summary.
What it does
- writes and rewrites product listings to the marketplace's requirements
- answers customers' questions and reviews
- prepares descriptions for new stock in batches rather than one at a time
- compiles the sales and stock report
- extracts the common reasons for returns from reviews
What it does not do
- does not change prices and does not manage supply
- does not handle defect complaints in your place

How it works
What the assistant does for a marketplace manager
A product listing to the platform's requirements
Replies to reviews and questions on the day they appear
Stock that doesn't run out suddenly
A sales summary on Mondays
Promotions and prices under control
What the dialogue looks like
You: New review on the thermos, 2 stars: "the lid leaks after a week". What do you suggest?
Assistant: Draft reply in your tone: "Hello! Thank you for writing — it should not be like this. Please send us the order number and a photo of the lid in the order chat, and we will replace the lid or the thermos itself without a return to the warehouse. We will check the batch separately". Note: this is the third review about the lid in two weeks for this batch — worth checking the supplier.
You: Send the reply. Put the batch under review.
Assistant: Reply published. The item is flagged "quality control, batch 0827"; on Monday I'll add its return rate to the summary.
What we need from you at the start
- The platforms you sell on and their listing requirements — the assistant adapts to each.
- Your style of replying to reviews: a few examples, especially to negative ones.
- Rules for stock and margin: minimum stock in days, the margin below which you don't join promotions.
- The platform report exports — the way you receive them now; access to the seller accounts is not needed at the start.

Frequently asked questions
Replies to negative reviews and contentious questions go only through you. Routine ones use your base of wording, with no promises that are not in the rules.
Each is assembled from the specifications of the specific product and your words about it. They won't come out identical, and the platform's mandatory fields will be filled in for all of them.
There is no limit. The more SKUs, the bigger the gain — at a hundred items the assistant already saves several working days a month.
Not at the start — we work with exports. You publish the listings and replies on the platform from ready drafts; access can be granted later if you wish.
