AI assistant for homemakers: weekly meals, the household budget and reminders

Decisions about the family stay with you. The assistant takes what spins in your head around the clock: what to cook, what to buy, where the money went, when to pay and which doctor the children are booked with.

AI assistant for running a household: shopping lists, budget and schedule
Shopping lists, the family budget and the week's schedule do not have to live in your head.

What it does

What it does not do

The limits are set in advance

How much time it frees up

By our reviews, a homemaker spends roughly 14 hours a week on the routine listed above — more than a third of the working week. The assistant does not take all of it: some tasks you will still be checking. But checking something finished is faster than doing it from scratch, and the gain lies in exactly that difference.

How it works

The assistant lives on your phone and works by voice or short messages — there are no complicated programs to log into. It counts, records and reminds while you get on with the job you were called in for.

How the assistant handles the household tasks

A week's meals and the shopping list to match

On Sunday you tell the assistant three things: who eats what, what is already in the fridge, and how much cooking time there is each day. It builds a seven-day plan — reusing ingredients so half a bunch of herbs does not go to waste, and with no fish on Wednesday because the child has training. The shopping list is grouped by shop section, with boxes you tick on the go.

A household budget without spreadsheets by hand

You send receipts as photos or write "groceries 3,400". The assistant sorts them into categories and at the end of the month shows: this much on food, this much on delivery, and here — ₽6,000 on "bits and pieces" from the corner shop on the way home — is the hole you were looking for. No judgement, just the numbers and a suggestion of what could move into the plan.

Reminders: payments, doctors, school

Utilities by the 10th, the club fee by Wednesday, the youngest's vaccination on Thursday, the parents' meeting at 18:30, the pool certificate expires in a week. The assistant keeps all of it in one calendar and reminds you in advance — a day ahead, not at the moment it is already too late. It sends the reminders to your partner too, if set up that way.

Homework: it explains rather than solves

The child does not understand fractions, and you remember them only vaguely. The assistant explains the topic with kitchen examples, gives three problems to check and says where the mistake is and why — without a ready answer to copy. For essays — questions that help to start, not a text written for the child.

Lists and plans: cleaning, repairs, trips, presents

A deep clean by zone for the month, what to buy for the bathroom renovation and in what order, a packing list for a trip with children by age, present ideas by budget and interests — the assistant turns any plan into a list with tick boxes, and you cross things off. What is not done gets carried over instead of forgotten.

What the dialogue looks like

You: Plan the week's meals. Four of us, the youngest does not eat mushrooms, no time to cook on Thursday. There is chicken and mince in the freezer.

Assistant: Plan ready: chicken on Monday and Wednesday, mince on Tuesday and Saturday, Thursday is Tuesday's bake reheated. No mushrooms. Shopping list — 23 items by section, roughly ₽4,800 based on your previous receipts.

You: Good. And remind me about the club fee and the pool certificate.

Assistant: Noted: the club fee by Wednesday, reminder on Tuesday evening; the pool certificate is valid until the 30th, I will suggest a paediatrician appointment a week before. Today's supermarket receipt is sorted — ₽1,240, groceries.

What we need from you at the start

Implementation timeline

The first conversation — what takes the most energy and what you forget most often. Setting up for the family — two to three days. In the first week the assistant runs the meal plan and reminders, and you say what you would like differently. Usually by the second week the shopping list needs no corrections, and the month's budget assembles itself.

Frequently asked questions

Is this for people who do not work, or for working mothers too?
For any family where the household falls on one person. A working mother saves the same hours — just in the evening rather than during the day.
Will the assistant see all the family's spending and the children's data?
It sees what you send it, and only that. The data is stored in your own perimeter and passed to no one, and what to record is your decision. It gives no medical advice — it reminds you of an appointment but does not replace a doctor.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The assistant works in the messenger you already use — Telegram or WhatsApp — and in the calendar you already have. No separate app is needed.
What does it cost and what do I pay for later?
Task review and configuration of one assistant — from ₽12,000 (≈ $142), usually 5–7 days. Then support from ₽4,000 (≈ $47) a month if you need changes and new scenarios; without support the assistant keeps working.
