What the dialogue looks like
You: Lunch at 12:30 — soup and a cutlet, ate everything. Slept from 13:10 to 14:50. Walked for 40 minutes, rain. Read two books, did a puzzle. A bit tired by evening.
Assistant: Compiled the day's report in the agreed form: food (breakfast — porridge, lunch — soup and a cutlet, snack — an apple), sleep 1 h 40 min, walk 40 min, activities — reading and a puzzle, mood — good, tired by evening. Reminder: tomorrow is Thursday — club at 16:00, bring a change of shoes. Send to the parents at 19:00 as usual?
You: Yes. And add that the wet wipes are running out.
Assistant: Added to the "Need to buy" section. The report will go out at 19:00.
What we need from you at the start
- The report form agreed with the parents — or we'll put one together at the start.
- The child's routine, allergies, medicines and activities by day of the week.
- Your working terms: schedule, rate, how overtime is counted.
- How you prefer to write notes — by voice or text; both work.

Frequently asked questions
We recommend telling them: it is their child and their reports. Parents usually respond positively — the reports become more regular and more detailed.
No. The assistant reminds and suggests ideas; all decisions are yours and the parents'. It gives no health advice: with such questions it refers to the parents and the doctor.
On your side, in the amount you yourself record. No external services and no transfer to third parties.
We set up two profiles with different forms and routines. The assistant does not mix them up.
