AI assistant for drivers and logisticians: routes, documents and customers without roadside stops

Driving is yours. The assistant builds the route and the order of stops, prepares waybills and shipping documents, answers customers about status, and calculates mileage, expenses and pay.

AI assistant for a driver: routes, trip paperwork and expense records
Routes, trip paperwork and expense records are the paperwork half of the run.

What it does

What it does not do

The limits are set in advance

How much time it frees up

By our reviews, a driver spends roughly 10 hours a week on the routine listed above — more than a third of the working week. The assistant does not take all of it: some tasks you will still be checking. But checking something finished is faster than doing it from scratch, and the gain lies in exactly that difference.

How it works

The assistant lives on your phone and works by voice or short messages — there are no complicated programs to log into. It counts, records and reminds while you get on with the job you were called in for.

What the assistant does for a driver between runs

The day's route with delivery windows

Twelve addresses, five with receiving hours, two needing a pass. The assistant orders the stops by windows and road, and prepares a list with phone numbers and notes. In the morning you set off with a plan instead of building it at the traffic lights.

Documents you don't have to fill in by hand

Waybill, consignment note, delivery receipt — the assistant fills them in from templates using the order data: who, what, from where, to where, how much. You check and sign. Photos of the signed documents it files by order.

Replies to customers without phone calls on the road

"Where is the truck?", "what time will you be here?" — the assistant answers from your plan and the last check-in: "the next stop is yours, roughly 40 minutes". You mark a stop with one word, the customer gets the status.

Mileage, fuel, expenses

Fuel, toll roads, parking, repairs — the assistant keeps records from receipts and check-ins, calculates expenses per run and produces a monthly summary. For a self-employed driver — a ready list for the tax return; for an employed one — a report for accounting.

Payments and debtors

Who has paid for the run, who promised "this week", who needs an invoice. The assistant keeps the list and reminds customers in your wording, calmly and once.

What the dialogue looks like

You: Tomorrow: 11 stops from the "Wednesday" list, Gastronom receives only from 8 to 10, Sklad-3 needs a pass.

Assistant: Route built: Gastronom first by 8:15, then round the ring road without returning to the centre, Sklad-3 seventh, the pass has been requested from their dispatcher using your template, I'll forward the reply. Total distance about 140 km, finishing by 16:30. Consignment notes for all 11 stops are filled in and ready to print in your folder.

You: Move Gastronom to 9, unloading takes a long time there.

Assistant: Rebuilt: Gastronom by 9:00, the two nearest stops before it. Finishing around 17:00. Customers with time windows don't need notifications, the windows are kept.

What we need from you at the start

Implementation timeline

The review is one conversation. Setting up stops and documents takes two to three days. In the first week you check the routes and documents, then the assistant compiles them itself. Expense tracking is switched on immediately — it accumulates from day one.

Frequently asked questions

I need a sat-nav, not this.
The sat-nav guides you along the road; the assistant decides the order of stops and takes care of the paperwork and messaging. They work together.
Customers call, they don't write.
The assistant won't answer a call while you're driving, but customers can be offered in advance to write in the chat — the reply there comes instantly. Most switch over.
I work for a transport company, not on my own.
Then the assistant helps the dispatcher and the drivers together: routes, documents, statuses. It is set up for the company, not for one person.
Freight or passengers?
Both. For passengers — orders, confirmations and customer reminders; for freight — documents and delivery windows.
